Rules

  • We need to inspect the device first to provide an accurate cost estimate, anything else would just be a guess. Simple symptoms can sometimes have complex causes and complex symptoms can have surprisingly simple fixes. That’s why a proper inspection is required.
  • While we can't guarantee that every device can be repaired, we’ll do our absolute best to make it happen!
  • Depending on the number of repair requests, there may be a waiting list before we can begin to work on your device.
  • The repair starts with an initial inspection & administration fee of € 60,00.
  • Statistically, most repairs cost no more than € 350,00.
  • Our hourly rate is € 75,00.
  • All prices mentioned through out our website (and portal) are excluding 21% VAT.
  • We don’t accept all devices, so every repair starts with an intake assessment. To begin, simply submit a repair request through our online portal.
  • After you submit a repair request with the necessary issue details, we’ll review it and, if accepted, provide a rough estimate of when we’ll have availability. If you choose to proceed, you’ll be guided in paying the initial inspection fee online;
  • The initial "inspection fee" (online payment) is required, which basically covers inspection, admin fees and secures your booking. You may cancel at any time, but this payment is non-refundable.
  • After paying the initial fee, you’ll be able to pick an exact time slot from a list of options for your drop-off appointment. You’re then welcome to bring in your device in person. You can also choose to send it by mail.
  • Note that shipping is at your own risk. That said, we've generally had good experiences with mailed devices, provided they're packed carefully.
  • Drop-off and must take place on the agreed date.
  • It is not possible to wait for your device during the repair.
  • Once your device arrives, we perform an initial physical inspection. We’ll update you through the portal with our assessment, a rough cost estimate and the next steps.
  • Repairs under € 150,00 are carried out without prior approval.
  • For repairs above € 150,00 or complex issues, you will first receive a detailed quotation. Repairs will only be carried out after your approval.
  • If you decide not to proceed with the repair due to high costs, you may leave the device with us for parts. In that case, the inspection fee will be refunded and any made costs so far will be waived.
  • You can track your repair status any time through this online portal.
  • All payments must be completed within 7 days.
  • All refunds will be processed within 7 days.
  • After the repair is completed, your device is thoroughly tested before being released for pickup. We also provide a video showing the resolved issue as proof of the repair.
After we notify you of completion:
  • You have need to select wether you will pick-up the device or want us to sent it by mail.
  • After selecting the return method, the invoice will be issued and the remaining balance must be paid online before we initiate the pickup or shipping process.
  • You are responsible for shipping costs, as well as any import duties, customs fees and clearance charges that may apply.
  • Note that shipping is at your own risk. That said, we've generally had good experiences with mailed devices, provided they're packed carefully.
  • We reserve the right to refuse mail shipments if the device wasn’t originally sent by mail or if its size or weight is inappropriate.
  • Pick-up must take place on the agreed date (generally within 7 days after it's finished), in the portal you’ll be able to pick an exact time slot from a list of options for your pick-off appointment.
  • Our space is limited, "we’re not a storage facility". Therefore a € 2,00 daily storage fee applies for each day the device isn’t picked up after the agreed date.
  • Devices not collected within 2 months after a repair order is finished, will be considered abandoned and become our property.
